Once a prospect has been identified, they are interviewed on a one to one basis and is subjected to a rigorous interview during which full discovery takes place. During this process, the customer is also given at least three opportunities to cancel their enquiry. Only those prospects who pass through all of these tests are confirmed as leads.
In this way we are able to provide leads that are of the highest quality and whose interest can be guaranteed.
Our secured lending leads fulfill the following minimum criteria:
- Wants to claim Compensation for mis-selling
- Has not already claimed/claimed against the PPI
- Minimum loan size £5000.00
- Details of credit collected
- Lender
- Type (creditcard/loan/mortgage)
- Year taken out
- Current status (only up to date/paid off supplied)
- Loan taken out during the last 6 years
- Not in Debt Management/IVA/significant arrears
Once the lead has been confirmed it can be transferred in the most appropriate way to the client (email, our CRM system, your CRM system etc).
